OxNeural designs, builds and integrates software for organisations: the public-facing systems their customers use, the internal applications their staff work in, and the data and reporting layer that tells them what is happening.
What we do
Four service lines: custom software and web development, web application development, data science and machine learning, and business intelligence and analytics. They overlap in practice. An ERP build produces the data a dashboard later depends on; a forecasting model is only as good as the pipeline feeding it. We deliver them as one engagement rather than four.
We work across the full path: requirement analysis, UI and UX, architecture, development, database and API integration, testing, deployment, and the maintenance that follows.
How we work
Scope and success criteria are written down before design starts, and the same criteria are what validation tests against. Work ships in small reviewed increments under version control. Every release has a rollback path defined before it goes out.
Documentation is part of delivery, not an afterthought. If another team cannot pick up the system and run it from what we hand over, we do not consider it finished.

We establish what the system has to do, who depends on it, and what constrains it. Scope and success criteria are written down before anything is designed.

Design
Architecture, data model, interfaces and integration points are agreed up front, along with the cost and the deployment path.

Build
Delivered in small reviewed increments under version control, so progress is visible and a change can be traced to a reason.
- 04
Validate
Tested against the criteria agreed at Discover, including the paths where things fail, not only the path where everything works.

Deliver
Deployed with a rollback plan and handed over with documentation good enough for another team to run it without us.

We describe what exists and label what does not. Where something is at an early stage, this site says so rather than implying otherwise. We do not publish client names, figures or outcomes we cannot evidence.
